Job Description

We are looking for a Lead – Accounting to drive accounting operations within our Managed Services business. The ideal candidate should come from an Accounting Services firm / outsourcing workplace, with strong experience in managing multiple clients, leading service delivery, and driving finance digital transformation and automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end accounting operations for managed services clients across multiple engagements
n
Oversee general ledger, AP/AR, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end close processes
n
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in line with applicable accounting standards
n
Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high service quality and satisfaction
n
Manage service delivery SLAs, KPIs, and client expectations
n
Drive finance digital transformation initiatives across engagements
n
Identify and implement automation opportunities (RPA, workflows, AI-led tools) to improve efficiency and accuracy
n




Lead automation projects from ideation to implementation and stabilization
n
Ensure compliance with statutory, audit, and internal control requirements
n
Review financials and provide insights to clients and internal stakeholders
n
Lead, mentor, and scale a team of accounting professionals
n
Support transitions of recent clients and stabilize operations post-go-live
n

Preferred Experience

n

n
CA with 12 – 15 years in an Accounting Services firm.
n
Proven track record in finance digital transformation and automation projects
n
Experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere) and finance tech solutions
n
Solid understanding of accounting standards, reporting, and compliance
n
Excellent client management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
n
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
