Job Summary

Smartix is seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executives to represent our brand at Kempegowda International Airport, Bengaluru. The role involves engaging with customers, promoting Smartix products, and ensuring excellent brand visibility in a dynamic airport duty-free retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
Actively promote Smartix products and build strong brand awareness among airport passengers.
Approach customers, explain product features, and demonstrate usage effectively.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
Maintain product displays, ensure stock availability, and uphold brand standards.
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases and brand loyalty.
Collect customer feedback and share insights with the sales and marketing teams.
Follow company policies, procedures, and promotional guidelines.
Prepare and submit daily sales reports to account managers.
Ensure compliance with airport security rules and retail operational protocols.
Maintain a clean, organized, and skilled sales counter.

Requirements
Prior experience in sales,



retail or customer-facing roles is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to confidently engage and influence customers.
Proactive and customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, high-traffic airport environment.
Willingness to work flexible, rotational retail schedules (including day, night and weekend shifts as required by airport operations).
Must be eligible for airport security clearance and required passes.
Basic computer knowledge for reporting and inventory updates.
Proficiency in Hindi, Malayalam and English is preferred for effective communication (Multilingual ability is an added advantage).

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: ₹35,000 - ₹40,000 per month.
