Experience: 1–3 years in B2C Inside Sales / Telecalling
About the Role:
We are looking for a high-energy, result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to pitch and sell our premium B2C packages to warm/hot leads. Your primary goal will be to consult potential customers, explain the value of our packages, and close sales over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Call verified leads and potential customers to introduce our premium packages.
Understand customer needs and pitch the right B2C package that fits their requirements.
Handle objections confidently and convert leads into paid subscriptions/packages.
Achieve daily/weekly talk-time targets and monthly sales quotas.
Maintain accurate data and follow-up history in the CRM.
