Business Management, Vice President

GHRCS - Global HR Central Services

PURPOSE:

The Business Management, Vice President, plays a critical role liaising across HR Central Services teams and other key stakeholders to foster a holistic, systems approach for optimizing the intersections between people, process, and technology and proactively mitigating operational risk. This position establishes and sustains current global ways of working, including regular collaboration cadences, communication frameworks, and governance routines designed to cultivate consistent engagement, visibility, and operational discipline within constituent groups. The role employs solid relationship building and influence, strategic planning tools, and proven change management methodologies to promote a culture of trust, continuous improvement, and effectiveness.

EDUCATION:
Degree in Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent work experience equally preferable

WORK EXPERIENCE:
Experience leading change initiatives across geographies, business units,



and/or functions in financial services or other highly regulated environments
Experience working in or exposure to human resources operational organizations
Demonstrated skilled and leadership experience

FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:
Strategic planning and execution
Liaising to engage and bridge cross-functional teams
Expertise in enterprise change management methodologies
Stakeholder engagement and influence
Communication and training program design
Facilitation, coordination, and project management to drive work forward with alignment and transparency
