What Youll Be Doing (position summary):

As a member of CIBCs End Point Compute team, youll play a crucial role in supporting the configuration and automated deployment of Windows operating systems and applications for endpoints.





You will provide key technical 2nd level day-to-day Windows support in day-to-day including troubleshooting and remediating operating system configuration and deployment related issues.

How Youll Succeed (responsibilities):

Provide operational support for Windows endpoints throughout all stages of the endpoint lifecycle including provisioning, deployment, configuration and ongoing maintenance.

Day-to-day activities include:
Creating scripts in PowerShell
Analyzing and resolving Windows OS and application issues
Remediating vulnerabilities
Provisioning VDI
Leading and participating in technical incident bridges
Coordinating efforts across teams
Articulating technical issues using executive language when presenting findings
Analyzing incident history
