Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust backend services using .NET Core / .NET 6+.
n
Architect and implement distributed, event-driven systems using Dapr for service-to-service communication, pub/sub, and state management.
n
Develop and manage message-based integrations using RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Azure Service Bus.
n
Work extensively with MySQL including stored procedures, schema design, and performance optimization.
n
Analyze, refactor, and modernize complex legacy systems and services, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
n
Collaborate closely with product owners and business analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
n
Drive and participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning.
n
Ensure systems are well-tested, secure, and monitored, following best practices in software development and DevOps.
n




Mentor junior developers and contribute to team technical growth.

Required Skills & Experience:

n

n
6+ years of hands-on experience with .NET Core / .NET 6+ in backend development.
n
Robust experience with Dapr in real-world microservices environments.
n
Proven expertise in message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka, Azure Service Bus).
n
In-depth knowledge of MySQL, including writing and optimizing stored procedures and complex queries.
n
Experience modernizing and maintaining legacy .NET services, with a transparent understanding of integration and migration strategies.
n
Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end software projects, from interpreting business requirements to delivery and post-deployment support.
n
Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
n
Understanding of design patterns, event-driven architecture, CQRS, and DDD.
n
Experience working in Agile/Scrum settings with tools like Jira, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
