RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with the administration of and compliance with all aspects of franchise development, franchise agreements, and franchise disclosure requirements.
Lead, coach, and manage a team to achieve operational goals, productivity targets, and quality standards.
Provide day-to-day guidance, support, and direction to team members while fostering a cooperative and accountable work environment.
Monitor team performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide timely feedback and coaching.
Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities to support continuous learning and development.
Ensure adherence to established processes, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), compliance requirements, and service-level expectations.
Serve as the first point of escalation for operational issues and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive timely resolution.
Ensure the timely and accurate completion of assignments.
Analyze team metrics, identify trends, and implement action plans to improve efficiency,



quality, and customer experience.
Support the hiring, onboarding, training, and mentoring of new team members.
Promote a culture of accountability, engagement, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Update all contract-related information in applicable databases and save executed documents in the appropriate digital files.
Accurately prepare all required transaction documents for new development, upcoming openings, transfers, amendments, terminations, and closings in accordance with applicable franchise laws and Inspire policies.
Complete a high volume of transactions in a rapid-paced setting ensuring delivery to the franchisee or company representative, receiving sign/returned documents, reviewing for accuracy and completeness, and ensuring enclosure of all funds due.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:
Required: Five-year integrated B.A. LL.B. degree.
