We are looking for energetic, confident and result-oriented Call Centre Executives / Telecallers to join our growing team.

The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer calls, generating leads, following up with prospective customers, explaining our services/offers and converting enquiries into appointments and business.

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

Handle incoming customer enquiries professionally.
n
Explain services, offers and promotions to customers.
n
Generate leads and convert enquiries into appointments.
n
Follow up with customers through calls and WhatsApp.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and follow-ups.
n
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling/conversion targets.
n
Build positive relationships with customers.
n
Coordinate with the respective team for customer appointments and conversions.
n
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the interaction.
n

Qualifications

n
Candidates with any qualification having valuable communication skills.
n
Knowledge of English,Tamil, Kannada will be an advantage.
