Pant Creativo is looking for a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing team.

Senior Graphic Designer

Location

Kochi, Kerala

Work Mode: Full-time | On-site

What You’ll Do
Create high-quality designs for social media, branding, digital campaigns, websites, and marketing materials.
Develop creative concepts based on brand strategy and campaign objectives.
Design Instagram posts, carousels, ads, stories, presentations, brochures, and other marketing creatives.
Maintain brand consistency across different platforms and campaigns.
Work closely with the Social Media, Content, Video, and Marketing teams.
Understand client requirements and convert them into effective visual communication.
Handle multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
Review and improve designs based on feedback.
Stay updated with current design trends, social media formats, and visual communication styles.

What We’re Looking For
3 years of professional graphic design experience




Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and commercial design work.
Excellent understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
Experience with Figma and Canva is an advantage.
Good understanding of social media design and digital marketing.
Ability to think creatively and independently.
Solid attention to detail.
Positive communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.

Bonus Skills

Experience in any of the following will be an advantage:
Brand identity & visual branding
Motion graphics
Video editing
UI/UX design
AI-assisted creative workflows
Advertising creatives
Premium/luxury brand design

Salary

Competitive salary based on experience, skills & portfolio.
