Roles and Responsibilities:

n

Design and support integrations on SAP BTP using SAP CPI for SAP SuccessFactors Learning and related enterprise systems.
n
Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Learning and LMS processes to support business learning operations.
n
Work on interface development, message mapping, and system connectivity across SAP and non-SAP applications.
n
Support implementation activities, issue resolution, and production stabilization for integration flows.
n
Coordinate with functional and technical teams to deliver reliable learning platform integrations and enhancements.
n

Skills Required:

n

n




7 to 10 years of relevant SAP integration and SuccessFactors Learning experience.
n
Hands-on experience with SAP BTP, SAP CPI, and SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
n
Solid understanding of Learning Management System (LMS) processes and enterprise integration scenarios.
n
Experience designing scalable integration solutions across SAP landscapes.
n
Experience supporting implementation, interface validation, and API-based connectivity.
n

Valuable to Have:

Integration experience across SAP and third-party applications.
n
Implementation exposure in enterprise learning platforms.
n

n

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
