We're hiring a Senior Microsoft Developer (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SQL Server, Azure, and Microsoft Entra ID) to design and support enterprise-grade business applications for our clients. This role suits someone who combines deep Microsoft stack expertise with solid stakeholder-facing skills, and who's comfortable using AI-assisted development tools like Claude or GitHub Copilot to work faster and better.

What you'll do
Design, build, and maintain enterprise applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SQL Server, Azure, and Microsoft Entra ID
Lead solution design and technical review discussions with client stakeholders
Implement secure authentication and authorization using Microsoft Entra ID
Optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and ETL processes
Use AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate delivery and improve code quality
Act as a trusted technical advisor to business and client teams





What you bring
Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or related field
8+ years of Microsoft application development experience
Solid hands-on experience across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SQL Server, Azure, and Entra ID
A track record of delivering enterprise-scale solutions
Experience working directly with business stakeholders and client-facing teams
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences

Nice to have
Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Claude, GitHub Copilot, etc.)
Azure DevOps and CI/CD exposure
Microsoft certifications in Azure or Power Platform
Experience supporting global clients or distributed teams
