Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll activities, ensure accurate salary processing, and maintain statutory compliance for employees.

Key Responsibilities
Manage monthly payroll processing, including attendance, salaries, incentives, bonuses, reimbursements, deductions, and arrears.
Validate payroll inputs and ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement.
Handle statutory compliances including PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS, and other applicable requirements.
Manage Full & Final settlements, leave encashment, gratuity, and exit-related payroll activities.
Prepare payroll MIS, salary reports, reconciliations, and variance reports.
Coordinate with HR, Finance, and payroll vendors for payroll inputs and issue resolution.
Handle employee payroll queries related to salary, deductions, tax, attendance, and benefits.
Support internal, statutory, and tax audits by maintaining accurate payroll records.




Ensure payroll data confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes, controls, and accuracy.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of end-to-end payroll processing and Indian statutory compliance.
Positive knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS, and payroll taxation.
Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data reconciliation.
Experience with HRMS/payroll software.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
High attention to detail and ability to work within strict payroll timelines.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, HR, or a related field.

Immediate joiners / short notice candidates preferred.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate
Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
