CTC: 3.60 - 6.00 LPA (Including Variables)

Experience: 0 to 2 Years

Key Responsibilities :

n

n
Research and identify new business opportunities in existing markets as well explore recent markets. Generate leads and cold call prospective clients.
n
Create personalized pitch decks for pitching recent clients.
n
Conduct thorough research and develop short, mid & long term strategies for the clients with respect to their brand and business through extensive research of their industry & competitors.
n
Sell digital marketing & branding services such as social media management, performance marketing, content development, SEO, ORM, logo & brand development, etc.
n
Meet Monthly/quarterly/annual targets for business development and carry out sales forecasts and analysis to increase business volume of the agency.
n
Arrange brainstorming sessions with internal teams, & connect with external partners to meet client's requirements on need basis.
n




Conduct constant market research and stay updated about marketing industry & competition.
n

Key Skillset :

n

n
Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills
n
Marketing graduate (preferred).
n
Solid ownership-driven approach with the ability to manage multiple leads and projects while meeting tight deadlines.
n
Creative thinking and analytical problem solving.
n
Strong client-service orientation.
n
Proficient with MS-Office, presentation software including PowerPoint and Canva.
n
Must be based in or willing to relocate to Gurgaon.
n
Prior experience with Digital Agency preferred.
n
Knowledge of digital marketing and relevant domains.
n
Research aptitude and an eye for details.
n
