Supply Chain & After Sales Claim Administration

Job Summary

Looking for a skilled to handle Supply Chain, Order Management and After Sales Claim activities, including inventory, supplier coordination, claims, refunds and credit note processing.

Experience - 2 Years

Key Responsibilities
Handle cases and queries from Stores, CCC and internal stakeholders through email.
Manage Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, cancellations and order fulfilment.
Coordinate with Suppliers, Stores, Hubs, Warehouses and Logistics teams.
Monitor inventory, stock movement, ETA and supplier orders.
Resolve PO exceptions and support PO & invoice matching.
Process after-sales claims, damaged product claims, refunds and credit notes.




Create claims/tickets and Manual RFCs; follow up with Suppliers for resolution.
Investigate and resolve system/process exceptions within defined TAT.
Maintain quality, productivity and team KPIs.
