Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer rollout and onboarding coordination.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Review resumes and conduct initial screening/interviews to assess candidates against job requirements.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.




Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure timely communication.
Negotiate and coordinate salary discussions and offer processes as required.
Build and maintain a solid pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and role expectations.
Track recruitment metrics such as source of hire, time-to-hire, interview-to-selection ratio, and offer acceptance.
Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and processes.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
