Qualifications

10+ years of software development experience with leadership experience managing engineering teams
n
Expertise in Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
n
Robust stakeholder management and project planning skills
n
Experience managing budgets, risks, timelines, and cross-functional teams
n
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities
n
