Telecalling Executive – Insurance Sales & Lead Management

Experience: 0–3 Years | Job Type: Full time

Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate insurance leads.
Explain insurance products, benefits, and plans to customers.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into sales.
Maintain and update lead/customer information in CRM.
Handle customer queries and coordinate with the sales team.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.

Requirements:
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
Insurance/telecalling/telesales experience preferred.
Freshers with valuable communication skills can also apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
