Valenso Spaces is a premium corporate interior design and build company delivering high-quality workplace environments. We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to lead the design and technical coordination of premium corporate interior projects from concept to handover.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
Lead concept design, space planning and design development for corporate interior projects.
n
Prepare and review layout plans, working drawings and GFC drawings
n
Coordinate with clients, consultants, MEP teams and project managers
n
Guide architects and designers throughout the design process
n
Ensure design quality, functionality and compliance with project requirements
n
Coordinate material selection, finishes and design specifications
n
Support estimation and procurement teams with technical inputs
n
Attend client presentations,



design reviews and site meetings
n
Resolve site-related design issues during execution
n

Required Skills

Strong expertise in corporate office interior design
n
Excellent space planning and technical detailing skills
n
Knowledge of building services and MEP coordination
n
Robust leadership, presentation and communication skills
n
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
n

Qualifications

B.Arch or M.Arch
