Job Description:

Position: Production Supervisor

Location: Daman

Experience: 3 - 5 Years

Industries: Packaging

Responsibilities:
Supervise daily production activities and ensure achievement of production targets and schedules.
Manage and allocate manpower across production lines and shifts.
Monitor packaging production processes, machines, output, and material consumption.
Operate and supervise Extrusion Machines and ensure proper machine parameters are maintained.
Monitor machine performance and coordinate with Maintenance for breakdowns and troubleshooting.
Control rejection, wastage, downtime, and material losses.
Ensure products are manufactured as per quality specifications and SOPs.
Conduct regular production-floor inspections and resolve process-related issues.
Maintain production records, shift reports, machine logs, and other required documentation.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, PPC, and Dispatch departments.
Ensure proper implementation of 5S, safety, GMP/standard operating procedures, and housekeeping practices.




Train and guide operators and production workers on machines, processes, and safety.
Monitor production efficiency and identify opportunities for productivity improvement.
Report production performance, breakdowns, quality issues, and operational challenges to the Production Manager.

Required Skills
Positive knowledge of Packaging Manufacturing and Production Processes.
Hands-on experience with Extrusion Machines will be an advantage.
Knowledge of machine setup, process parameters, and basic troubleshooting.
Solid manpower handling and shift management skills.
Knowledge of 5S, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and safety practices.
Positive problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Required Qualification: -Any Graduation

Salary :- Upto 3.50 LPA
