Job Description:

Position: Mechanical Engineer

Location: Vapi

Experience: 1 - 3 Year

Industries: Chemical

Responsibilities:
Ensure smooth execution of preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Maintain plant equipment and utilities in positive working condition.
Ensure availability of maintenance spares and tools.
Support uninterrupted utility supply for plant operations.
Coordinate with production and other departments.
Maintain maintenance records and documentation.
Promote secure work practices and technical skill development.
Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
Maintain Water Ring Vacuum Pumps and Steam Traps.
Monitor and manage maintenance spare parts.
Support workshop repair and maintenance jobs.
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement CAPA.




Maintain maintenance reports and records.
Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and AMC services.
Support procurement of maintenance equipment and spares.
Train and guide maintenance technicians.
Follow all safety and engineering procedures.

Required Skills:
Good knowledge of MS office.
Valuable in communication.
Organisational
Time Management

Required Qualification: -Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical

Salary: - Upto 5.00 LPA
