Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and working professionals regarding UG/PG and other educational programs.
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to course enquiries and admissions.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
Explain course details, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures.
Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Work towards achieving admission and conversion targets.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Good convincing, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working in a target-oriented workplace.
Prior experience in EdTech, Education Counselling, Inside Sales, or Admissions will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
