We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts & Finance Specialist to manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with accounting software, banking transactions, bank reconciliation, GST and TDS, along with solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage day-to-day accounting and finance activities.
Maintain and update financial records accurately.
Handle accounting operations using Zoho Books, Tally, QuickBooks, or FreshBooks.
Manage and monitor net banking transactions and banking-related activities.
Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Handle and maintain records related to GST and TDS.
Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting and finance processes.
Coordinate with internal teams for finance-related requirements and documentation.
Support financial reporting and other accounting activities as required.
Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelor’s Degree or Postgraduate Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3–4 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Fluency in English and Kannada is mandatory.
