What we're looking for
2–6 years of US IT recruiting experience. Candidates with 7+ years need not apply, this role is scoped for this band only.
Sourcing is the job. You should be building pipelines from scratch through LinkedIn Recruiter, database mining, referrals, and passive outreach.
Solid Boolean and x-ray skills, with outreach that actually gets responses.
Able to screen past keyword matching-understand the stack, probe architecture and real contribution, and hold your own with engineers.




Able to spot fake and inflated profiles - AI-written resumes, fabricated project detail, retroactive capability inflation, proxy interview risk.
Solid on US work authorization and engagement models: W2, C2C, 1099, H-1B and transfers, GC/EAD, TN.
Should be Comfortable with US shift CST timings.
