Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise solutions on the Unqork platform

Own technical architecture and best practices across projects

Mentor and manage a team of Unqork developers
n
Partner with clients and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable configurations
n
Drive delivery timelines, code quality, and platform standards

Ideal Candidate

1Strong Unqork Team Lead Profile with hands-on platform expertise and team leadership

n

2Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 7+ years of experience, with at least the recent 3+ years of proven hands-on experience on the Unqork platform

n

3Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have experience leading the design, development, and delivery of enterprise solutions on the Unqork platform

n

4Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have prior experience leading or mentoring a development team

n

5Mandatory (Experience 4):



Must have experience owning technical architecture and best practices across projects

n

6Mandatory (Experience 5): Must have experience partnering with clients and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable configurations

n

7Mandatory (Experience 6): Must have experience driving delivery timelines, code quality, and platform standards

n

8Mandatory (Tech skill): Must have a robust grasp of enterprise application design, APIs, and integrations

n

9Mandatory (Communication): Must have excellent stakeholder communication skills.

10Mandatory (Company): B2B Tech consulting/B2B Tech services/AI Tech consulting companies

n

11Mandatory (Education): B.Tech/BE/M.Sc Computer science

n

12Mandatory (Note): Candidate should be willing to work during EST shift (9.30 PM-6.30 AM) if needed as the client is based in US and they have US clients

n

13Preferred (Certification): Active Unqork certification is a solid plus
