Litigation & Regulatory Management
Independently manage GST notices, audits, and departmental inquiries, including drafting responses, submissions, and reconciliations.
Liaise with tax authorities and external consultants for assessments, investigations, and appellate proceedings.
Track ongoing litigations and ensure timely submissions, documentation, and closure.
GST Compliance & Data Reconciliation
Oversee accuracy of GST returns including GSTR-6, GSTR-8, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and annual returns.
Perform detailed reconciliation of ITC (books vs GSTR-2B), outward supplies, and tax liability.
Identify discrepancies and drive corrective actions, including amendments and re-reporting.
Work with large datasets to ensure completeness and accuracy of tax reporting.
Advisory & Tax Governance




Provide support in evaluating GST implications of business transactions, including current product flows, commercial arrangements, and contractual structures.
Identify and drive automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of tax operations.
Drive standardization and strengthening of tax processes across group entities.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with finance, business, product, and operations teams to ensure tax considerations are embedded in processes.
Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on GST positions and compliance requirements.
