Hello,
We are hiring for US IT Recruiter for Hyderabad location.
Exp: 1.5+ Years
Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad
Work Mode: 5 Days work from Office
Shift Timings: 7:30PM to 4:30AM
Notice Period: Immediate joiners
Job Description:
2+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
Robust experience working on W2 and C2C requirements.
Good understanding of US work authorization types such as H1B, H4 EAD, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, and EAD.
Knowledge of US time zones and recruitment practices.
Experience with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and candidate follow-up skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets in a rapid-paced workplace.
Educational Qualification
Any Degree.
