Required Skills and Qualifications

Robust hands-on knowledge of IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM), preferably including legacy versions.
n
Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language, such as Python or Java.
n
Ability to analyze existing configurations, troubleshoot technical issues, and support solution development and integration activities.
n
Solid technical documentation skills, including the ability to prepare:

Training materials

Knowledge-transfer documents

n

Configuration guides

n

Standard operating procedures

n

Technical runbooks

n

• Valuable communication and presentation skills, with the ability to conduct technical training and knowledge-transfer sessions.

Preferred Skills

Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, including application onboarding, authentication, SSO, and identity integration concepts.

Familiarity with IAM technologies, access management processes, and application migration activities.
n
Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
