We are looking for an experienced Project Sr. Executive to lead CMO management, product launches, and commercial readiness within the pharmaceutical business

Qualification: Master's degree in pharmacy, Life Sciences, + MBA

Experience: 3-7 years in pharmaceutical industry

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n
- Lead end-to-end project management for recent product launches and commercial activities.
/n
- Manage external CMO partners for manufacturing, packaging, technology transfer, and supply activities.
/n
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance, and Commercial teams to ensure launch readiness.
/n
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and critical paths.
/n
- Drive CMO deliverables, identify risks/issues,



and ensure timely resolution and escalation.
/n
- Monitor manufacturing and packaging schedules to ensure on-time product availability for commercial launch.
/n
- Coordinate forecasting, production planning, inventory readiness, and launch quantities with relevant stakeholders.
/n
- Track project budgets, purchase orders, commitments, and CMO-related commercial activities.
/n
- Lead regular project review meetings with internal teams and CMO partners.
/n
- Ensure timely completion of technical, quality, regulatory, and supply-related activities required for launches.
/n
- Maintain PMS software and provide management updates on progress, risks, dependencies, and key decisions.
/n
