About the Role

n

We are looking for a friendly, skilled, and customer-focused Barista who can create great coffee experiences while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and service.

Key Responsibilities

n

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages as per standard recipes.
n
Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment.
n
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of beverages.
n
Take customer orders and provide friendly, productive service.
n
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, counter, and equipment.
n
Handle billing/POS transactions and manage cash when required.
n
Monitor inventory of coffee, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
n




Support stock checking and inform the supervisor about low-stock items.
n
Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
n
Handle customer queries and feedback professionally.
n
Work closely with the café team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
n

Requirements

n
1–3 years of experience as a Barista or in a café/restaurant workplace.
n
Valuable knowledge of coffee preparation and basic barista techniques.
n
Familiarity with espresso machines and coffee grinders.
n
Good communication and customer-service skills.
n
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
n
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
n
Good grooming and hygiene standards.
n
Versatile to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
