Compensation: INR 2.67 Lakhs to 5 Lakhs Per Annum + Unlimited Performance Incentives
Eligibility: Any Graduate

Customer Service Associate
Inquiry Handling: Respond professionally to incoming customer inquiries via phone channels.
Issue Resolution: Provide end-to-end support to resolve customer grievances and queries efficiently.
Experience Management: Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and positive brand perception.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications
Minimum Education: Any Graduate
Experience Level: 0 to 4 years of experience. Prior experience in customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.




Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and active listening capabilities.
Functional Competencies: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with standard office applications.
