Handle customers professionally and understand their jewellery requirements.
Assist customers in selecting Gold, Diamond & Silver jewellery according to their needs and budget.
Explain product features, quality, pricing and making charges clearly.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
Maintain excellent product presentation and showroom standards.
Handle enquiries, follow-ups and customer interactions with a service-oriented approach.
Stay updated with new jewellery designs, products and market trends.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate or equivalent qualification.
Prior experience in jewellery sales will be strongly preferred.
Candidates with proven retail/sales experience are also welcome.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Presentable,
confident and well-groomed personality.
Customer-focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
