Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize and monitor daily/shift production activities as per production plans.
Manage production personnel and ensure productive execution of assigned tasks.
Handle and supervise 20+ manpower, including union and contract workers.
Ensure compliance with HSEQ, SOPs and OPLs.
Monitor production quality, productivity and operational efficiency.
Conduct operator training and ensure employees have the required skills.
Drive 5S and operator-driven maintenance activities.
Identify production issues and initiate corrective/improvement actions.
Support continuous improvement initiatives for productivity and efficiency.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth production operations.
Maintain discipline, safety and quality standards across the shift.
