Role & responsibilities
Learning and assisting Inventory team for:
Monitoring daily inventory across warehouses and fulfilment centres.
Tracking inventory movement, including inward, outward, transfers, returns, and inventory adjustments.
Coordinating with Procurement, Warehouse, Category, Planning, and Logistics teams to maintain inventory accuracy and availability.
Reconciling purchase orders, goods receipt notes, invoices, and inventory transactions to ensure accurate stock and financial records.
Processing and reconciling credit notes, debit notes, returns, and damaged/shortage claims with vendors and customers.
Coordinating with the Sales team to obtain promotional offers, discount plans, and campaign schedules, and share the details with the Planning and CRM teams.
