Responsibilities
Promoting the companys existing services and introducing any new product/Services to the market.
Understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the companys marketing goals.
Implementing current sales targets
Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
Staying updated in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
Monitor competition (pricing changes and new products and features)
Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
Keeping connect with the past Clients and look for any other requirement
Working hand in hand with the Operations team for achieving the common goal

Skills
A bachelors degree in marketing, business administration, or related field preferably in construction
15 years experience in marketing or sales.
Experience in management may be advantageous.
Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service
