About the Role

We are a fast-growing, founder-led Unicorn organization building in a high-impact, high-velocity workplace. We are looking for a highly experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO to provide strategic and operational support to the Founder & CEO.

/n

This is a critical role requiring exceptional ownership, discretion, execution excellence, and prior experience working closely with startup founders or senior leadership in high-growth companies.

Key Responsibilities

/n

CEO Office Management

/n

/n
- Act as the primary point of support to the CEO, managing day-to-day priorities with high efficiency.
/n
- Ensure smooth functioning of the CEO's office by driving structure, follow-ups, and execution across initiatives.
/n

/n

Calendar & Schedule Management

/n

/n
- Own complex calendar management including internal meetings, external stakeholder discussions,



travel schedules, and ad-hoc priorities.
/n
- Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts and optimize the CEO's time.
/n

/n

Communication & Stakeholder Coordination

/n

/n
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders including leadership team, investors, partners, and clients.
/n
- Draft, review, and manage professional communication on behalf of the CEO when required.
/n

/n

Meeting & Business Support

/n

/n
- Prepare agendas, briefing notes, presentations, and key documents for meetings.
/n
- Attend leadership meetings as needed, capture action items, and ensure timely follow-through.
/n

/n

Travel & Logistics

/n

/n
- Manage end-to-end domestic and international travel planning including itineraries, bookings, and coordination.
/n
- Handle confidential logistics with speed and precision.
/n

Confidentiality & Trust

- Handle sensitive information
