Role: Technical Lead / Senior Software Engineer

Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities
Take end-to-end ownership of application development and delivery.
Analyze requirements and prepare technical designs and architecture.
Develop and maintain backend and frontend applications.
Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards and best practices.
Coordinate with QA, DevOps, business teams, and other stakeholders.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical solutions.
Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and delivery activities.
Mentor team members and provide technical guidance.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation and architecture diagrams.
Support deployments, releases, and production activities.
