Operations
Quality manger is responsible for all the documentation required for NABL Accreditation Programme.
Responsible for conducting internal audits and maintaining the records of the same.
Responsible for Amendments made in the Quality documents.
Giving advice and support on a range of quality issues as required.
Communicating and ensuring that the QA plans are understood and operated by all staff.
Root cause analysis and CAPA of an Error in pre-analysis, analysis and post analytical stages
Preparation of Manuals and SOPs
Coordinator between Human resource, Stores, Purchase, Sample collection and laboratory services.
Coordinate with management with any requirements pertaining to laboratory Operations.




Ensure quality control policies are implemented with regular meetings and follow up whenever required.
Responsible for timely dispatch of reports to the respective areas.
Act as a deputy for Lab Director.

Any other portfolio that may be entrusted by the management from time to time.
