Key Responsibilities
Handle project execution and fabrication activities for heavy/process equipment.
Coordinate with Design, Production, Planning, QA/QC, Procurement and Vendors.
Monitor fabrication progress from material receipt to final inspection and dispatch.
Review drawings, BOM/MTO and project requirements.
Ensure timely availability of materials, manpower and resources.
Coordinate activities related to fit-up, welding, NDT, PWHT, hydro testing and painting.
Monitor project schedules, identify delays and support recovery actions.
Prepare progress reports and project MIS.
Coordinate with clients/TPI/consultants for inspections and approvals.
Ensure compliance with ASME codes, quality requirements and project specifications.
