Role & responsibilities
Sourcing, Screening, Evaluation, Selection through various portals like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn and networking
Initial screening of candidates over the phone for gauging their suitability for the position for technical and soft skills
Managing end to end recruitment process
Follow up with the hiring managers and candidates on a daily basis to know the interview feedback / status.
Salary Negotiation with candidates
Maintaining a database of all qualified candidates for future reference.
Preferred candidate profile
2 to 3 ears of experience in technical recruitment across all levels preferable in manufacturing and engineering companies.
