Role & responsibilities
Plan and conduct engaging, age-appropriate learning activities for EYP students.
Teach Phonics systematically, including sound recognition, blending, and segmenting.
Implement play-based, activity-based, and experiential learning methods.
Develop students early literacy, numeracy, communication, and motor skills.
Maintain a protected, positive, and stimulating classroom setting.
Monitor students’ academic and developmental progress and maintain records.
Communicate with parents and collaborate with teachers and academic coordinators.
