Description
System Design & Development:
Configure and develop solutions within the HRSD module, including Case Management, Lifecycle Events, and Employee Service Center.
Workflow & Automation:
Design, build, and maintain automated workflows to streamline HR processes and tasks.
Integration:
Develop and manage integrations with other HR and enterprise systems using tools like Integration Hub.
Reporting & Analytics:
Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key HR service metrics and provide insights.
Collaboration:
Work closely with HR business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Testing & Deployment:
Lead testing efforts, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and manage the deployment of recent configurations.
Documentation & Training:




Document system processes, configurations, and provide training to end-users.
Key Skills & Qualifications
ServiceNow Platform Expertise: Solid knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its HRSD module.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and other development tools for customization and integration.
HR Process Knowledge: A solid understanding of HR service management processes and best practices.
Integration Experience: Familiarity with best practices for integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
Problem-Solving: Solid troubleshooting and debugging skills to resolve platform issues.
