Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Java Backend Developer with hands-on experience in Spring Boot, Kubernetes, and Apache Kafka. You will be responsible for building scalable microservices, deploying them in containerized environments, and integrating them with real-time data pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot
Develop and deploy microservices in a Kubernetes environment
Integrate services with Apache Kafka for real-time data processing
Write clean, maintainable, and effective code following best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and front-end developers
Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and monitoring
Troubleshoot and debug production issues




Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong programming skills in Java (8 or above)
Proficient in Spring Boot and microservices architecture
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration
Experience working with Apache Kafka (producer/consumer patterns, topics, partitions)
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services
Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD)
Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure preferred)
Robust problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have:
Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
Knowledge of Kafka Streams or Kafka Connect
Experience with Helm, Istio, or service meshes
Familiarity with reactive programming or frameworks like WebFlux
