Customer Service Associate (International Voice Process)

Aarav Tech Services is hiring Customer Service Associates for our International Voice Process. We're looking for confident communicators who can deliver exceptional customer support while building positive relationships with international customers.

Location: Gurugram

Shift: Night Shift (8:30 PM - 5:30 AM)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally.
Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints efficiently.
Deliver accurate information about products and services.
Maintain high customer satisfaction and quality standards.
Update customer records and interaction details in the CRM system.
Meet daily productivity, quality, and customer service KPIs.




Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quick issue resolution.

Requirements
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Comfortable working in night shifts.
Robust listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency.
Prior experience in an International BPO or Voice Process is an advantage.
