Job Title : Assistant Manager - Operation

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized skilled to provide day-to-day operational and administrative support. The role involves coordinating across departments to ensure smooth execution of daily activities on our Vizag campus.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day operations and administrative tasks for the reporting manager.
Support outreach activities, including coordination with external contacts, partners, and follow-ups on outreach initiatives.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely completion of tasks and follow-ups.
Prepare, maintain, and update reports, trackers, and MIS data in Excel.
Draft and manage routine correspondence, emails,



and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and organize documentation.
Track action items from meetings and ensure timely closure.
Support in ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel (data entry, basic formulas, reports/trackers).
Solid coordination and follow-up skills across teams.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Prior experience in an administrative/coordination role is a plus (not mandatory).
