We are seeking an experienced SAP PP/QM Consultant with solid expertise in Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) within SAP ECC and S/4HANA settings. The ideal candidate should possess end-to-end implementation experience, deep manufacturing process knowledge, and solid cross-functional integration expertise across MM, SD, EWM, PM, CO, and MES systems.
Key Responsibilities
Gather business requirements and design SAP PP/QM solutions.
Configure and support Production Planning processes including:
MRP / MRP Live
Production Orders
BOM
Routing
Work Centers
Capacity Planning
Batch Management
Configure Quality Management processes including:
Inspection Plans
MICs
Sampling Procedures
Quality Notifications
Results Recording
Usage Decision
Lead SIT, UAT, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare activities.
Perform integration testing across multiple SAP modules.
Support data migration, enhancements, and WRICEF development activities.
Collaborate with business users and global stakeholders throughout project lifecycle.
