We are looking for a confident, presentable, and proactive HR Recruiter Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication, a skilled tone of voice, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to confidently interact with candidates at every stage of the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment from job posting to candidate onboarding.
Create and post job vacancies on Naukri and other recruitment platforms.
Source and shortlist candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic screening/interviews with candidates.
Assess candidates on communication, confidence, presentation, experience, and overall suitability.
Conduct follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.




Follow up with selected candidates regarding documentation, joining formalities, and joining dates.

Preferred Candidate Profile
HR work experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and professional tone of voice while speaking with candidates.
Presentable, well-groomed, and comfortable interacting with candidates professionally.
Strong telephonic interview and candidate screening skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic HR/recruitment documentation.
Robust follow-up and coordination skills.
Valuable leadership and team-handling abilities.
Immediate joiners preferred.
