Job Description: Civil Engineer

About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will handle site execution, quantity estimation, and coordination with electrical and plumbing contractors as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and verify Bar Bending Schedules (BBS)
Handle interior fit-out projects from planning to execution
Perform quantity estimation and material takeoffs
Coordinate with and arrange electrical and plumbing teams as required
Monitor site progress and ensure quality and timeline adherence
Liaise with contractors, vendors, and clients as needed

Requirements:
Bachelors degree/diploma in Civil Engineering
Degree not required if having work exp more than 3 years.
Ability to coordinate with MEP (electrical/plumbing) contractors
Positive communication and site management skills
