Graduate and post graduate Diploma in HRM or Training & Development
Robust Communication skills & Team Player
Solid knowledge of Computers specially word, Excell, power point, Mails & Internet.
Should have coordination skills with Site Teams, etc.
Should be open to travel to any part of the country within ICS.
Passionate about Training & Coordination
Must have conducted several training sessions on Induction, communications skills,
Customer Service, Food safety, Hygiene, Secure Work Practices, etc.
