Must-Have
5+ years of Product Design / UX Design experience
B2B, SaaS, or Enterprise product experience
Solid UX, Interaction & Visual Design
User research & usability testing
Wireframing & prototyping
End-to-end product ownership
Solid portfolio with case studies
Cross-functional collaboration with Product & Engineering
Excellent communication skills
Experience with AI/agentic workflows preferred

Key Responsibilities
Design user-centric and scalable product experiences.
Conduct research and translate insights into design solutions.
Create concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready designs.
Partner with Product and Engineering on roadmap, feasibility, and trade-offs.
Use AI tools for faster ideation and prototyping.
Contribute to design systems and mentor designers.
Ensure accessibility and inclusive design principles.
