Rank2Reach Marketing is a New Delhi-based digital marketing agency serving clients primarily in the US and Canada. We manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Google Business Profile and conversion tracking for small and mid-sized businesses. You will work directly with US clients, so robust spoken English is a must.

Role & responsibilities
Plan, build and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, Display, Call-only) for US-based clients
Keyword research, negative keyword management, ad copy writing and A/B testing
Bid strategy, budget pacing and daily optimisation to hit CPA / lead targets
Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, GA4, call tracking, form tracking)
Handle client calls, weekly updates and monthly performance reports in fluent English
Audit current accounts and prepare optimisation recommendations
Keep accounts policy-compliant and resolve ad disapprovals





Preferred candidate profile
2 to 5 years of hands-on Google Ads experience (agency experience preferred)
Excellent spoken and written English; comfortable on calls with US clients
Working knowledge of GTM, GA4 and conversion tracking
Google Ads certification is a plus
Solid analytical and reporting skills (Google Sheets / Looker Studio)
Must be able to work from our New Delhi office

Shift and work days
Afternoon shift: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST (to overlap with US business hours)
Monday to Friday (5-day week)
